WHY JEFF HARDY?
I wanted to create a Jeff Hardy fansite because I've been a huge fan of Jeff's for the past 6 years and I wanted to show my appreciation for everything he does by creating this site and showing him our support.
When I'd heard Jeff had returned in August 06 I began watching Raw again - which I hadn't bothered watching in a couple years..and now on mondays/fridays i'm sat in front of the TV watching WWE Programming...
As most of you know there was a bad 'incident' in early March 08 and Jeff was suspended from WWE for 60 days. And then as you know 4 days later something very tragic happened in Jeff's personal life, which led me to want to create a site based on and around Jeff and show our support.
So on March 17th [2008] JNHardyolics was born.
Jeff has inspired me in so many ways, it's hard to imagine. He has taught me not to be scared or too bothered by what others think about me and to just be who i am and not a copy of the people around me. And as we all know Jeff is 100% original. Which is a good thing and one of the reasons I think most of us are fans of his. Plus he is so completely talented, not just in the WWE ring. He is talented at everything he does. I think we should all, especially WWE, be grateful that Jeff's dream was to become a WWE wrestler cos chances are he woulda succeeded at whatever he wanted.
I know all wrestlers are risking their bodies to entertain us and live out their dreams but if you compare Jeff to some of the other wrestler; Jeff is the one who comes out as the better one. He risks not only his body but also his life; every time he wrestles and does one of his well known high-flying antics. Not many wrestlers are willing to Swanton from 32ft in the air or jump from a WWE truck onto the ground...
As a fan of Jeff's that's how I think. When he goes to do the Swanton or any other crazy daredevil moves, in my mind I'm hoping that he doesn't because there's always that chance he could land wrong and get hurt. And that's one of the reasons why I call myself a true fan.
So to me, in just one word, Jeff Hardy is EXTRAORDINARY. And he never seizes to amaze me.
